To sign up for Maryland State Golf Association tournaments on-line or to receive your monthly handicap index and scoring history via e-mail, complete this form and click Submit. You will be taken to your "Club Web Page" where you can login using your new User Name and Password. You will also be e-mailed a registration confirmation.
