The Handicap Program of the Carolinas and Golfnet, Inc. (collectively referred to herein as "the parties") provide this information as service solely to subscribers and participants in the Handicap Program. Information concerning handicaps is provided voluntarily by members and other authorized participants (mainly golf facilities and golfers throughout the State(s). The parties serve only to collect and report such information as provided to them. Accordingly, the parties do not guarantee (and specifically disclaim) the accuracy or timeliness of this information. No party is authorized to use any information for commercial use. Any party using or attempting to use any such information in any manner not permitted by The Handicap Program of the Carolinas shall hold each of the parties harmless in the event that any party is implicated in any legal proceeding resulting from such use of the information.
